Hourenso & Tuna Cream Pasta

Assalamualaikum..

Lama tak share resepi. This time nak kongsi resepi pasta yang sangat mudah and oishii. Bila datang mood malas nak masak or takdak idea nak masak apa, selalu buat menu yang sempoi2 gini. Cepat, simple and good taste. That's just perfect for me!




Ingredients (2 org)
  • Hourenso @ bayam - 2,3 pohon?? (hehe or how much you want will be ok)
  • Tuna - 2 can (toskan minyak)
  • Bawang besar - 1/2 biji (dihiris)
  • Fresh cream @ susu - 200 ml
  • Black pepper & salt - secukupnya
  • Pasta - for 2 person 
Method
  1. Rebus pasta until al dente.
  2. Sementara pasta direbus, panaskan frying pan. 
  3. Masukkan sedikit minyak @ olive oil and masukkan bawang besar dan bahagian batang hourenso yang keras.
  4. After batang hourenso lembut sedikit, masukkan tuna and hourenso yang lain. Kacau.
  5. Masukkan fresh cream dan salt & pepper. Kacau sekejap.
  6. Masukkan pasta and kacau lagi.
  7. Tambah some more salt & pepper. Siap!
