Mee Jawa Perantau Norai

Sejak dr semalam asik khabar2 tk sedap nk dengar je yg singgah kt kami...visa la , scholar la, duit skolah la...untuk mengubat hatiku yg lara ini, kami buat la mee jawa perantau..kasi selera up sket ..nk lawankan berita2 sedih tersebut


Resepi Mee Jawa Norai si Perantau

Kuah:
Bawang besar ...1
Garlic... 2 ulas
Ginger...setengah inci
lemon grass...1
udang kering...2 sudu
cili boh...4 sudu (ikut pedas)
Rempah kari....1 sudu
daging / ayam / udang

kiub ayam...half
keledek ...2 ketul (rebus n lenyek)

*mee kuning
*telur rebus
*taugeh
*daun sup
*bawang goreng
*tauhu goreng

Cara2:
1. kisar bawang2, halia , lemon grass n udang kering itu.
2. Tumis cili boh smp garing dlm minyak yg panas
3.masukkan bhn2 kisar..tumis smp naik bau
4. masukkan rempah kari
5. masukkan daging/ayam ..smp separuh masak
6.masukkan keledek yg da dilenyek..air juge.pekat ikut rasa sendiri
7. masukkan udang , garam ,gula
8. siap...sedia ntok dihidang

Norai Baked Cheesecake


Lama da teringin makan cheesecake so kite wat la for minum petang semalam. Sape2 nak cari resepi simple ntok cheese cake this is it!! Rupe die tkdela lawa sgt almaklumla kite ni amatur tapi rasa die mabeles...hehe.Jom kongsi resepi

Cream cheese ...250g
sour cream ...100g
sugar...70g
telur...2 biji
tepung gandum...20g

ntok based die tu kite hancurkan oreo. gaulkan ngan 40g butter..
n then ratakan kat tin pembakar. pastu sejukkan dalam fridge 15 minit..nak kasi keras ler nih..

Cara2:
1. pukul cream cheese smp jd krim
2. masukkan sour cream n sugar
3. masukkan telur
4. masukkan tepung.kacau guna spatula ye
5. masukkan campuran ni kat tin pembakar yg dah ade based oreo cookies tu tau
6. bakar dlm oven 170 celcius for 40 minutes. pre-heat la dulu oven tu ye
7. bile da masak, keluarkan dari oven .tunggu sejuk baru keluarkan dr tin pembakar..sedap makan time sejuk so simpan dlm fridge tau..yum2

Norai Fried Chicken (NFC)

Hihi...teringin nk makan KFC sebab tu la kite wat menu ni..
fried chicken + mashed potato + coselow 

ayam goreng tu mcm biase je....ayam celup telur pastu golek2 kat tepung kfc segera tu.kite tambah black pepper sket ntok kasi lebey rasa

mashed potato lak, lenyek2 potato yg da direbus...campur susu sket n butter..gaul2 smp gebu tau..kalo mahu tambah black pepper pon sodap

coselow
kobis n carrot yg da dipotong kecil2 gaulkan ngan bahan2 kat bawah ni .n then simpan dalam fridge..sedap la coselow ni seyes...harus cuba!

4 sudu besar mayonis
2 sudu besar sour cream
2 sudu kecil gula
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu besar fresh lemon juice
sedikit serbuk lada hitam
1/4 biji bawang besar
inilah hasil ntok org yg amatur dlm masak memasak ni hehe....rasa mmg sodap..hingga menjilat jari jemariku !

Bakso Cik Norai

Bakso


Da 3 ari demam...sepanjang tu la tk lalu nk makan nasi.Ntah mengape, teringin makan bakso. Dalam hidup kite, pertama kali makan bakso masa g umah Niza kt Hiroshima. Jiran Indonesian die bg...time tu baru la tau ape itu bakso. Oishikatta!!

Dalam takde selera nk makan nasi, kite pn gagahkan diri ke dapur bersiap sedia nk mulakan sesi masak memasak.  Of course refer resepi kat myresepi.com dulu...cek2 ingredients dlm peti ais.. siang2 mana yg patut...n mulakan sesi tumis menumis.

Inilah hasilnya bakso Cik Norai. First time buat and puas ati juge la rasanya..boleh cuba lagi lain kali nih!

CaiCinCai

Baked Macaroni


Baked macaroni ni da biase da buat time bujang2 dulu. Tapi ntok my hubby baru first time la nk buat sejak da married ni. My hubby sgt suke la.. kami berdua je pon bole finish kan the whole plate. Yum2...


Resepi nye so simple...
1. Tumis bawang besar n bawang putih smp kekuningan
2. Masukkan minced meat ke sosej ke ayam ke ape2 isi yg disukai. Goreng smp nampak masak
3. Masukkan buah tomato ke, tomato dalam tin ke sos tomato ke . Adjust smp rasa yg disukai.
4. Garam gula sket
5. Dalam masa yg sama rebus la makaroni tu ek
6. Makaroni yg da direbus, campurkan dalam kuali yg ade minced meat tu
7. Bubuh cheese sket( nak kasi melekat)
8. Masukkan ke dalam bekas yg nak dibakar.
9. Pukul telur ngan susu . Pastu masukkan jugak dlm bekas yg nk dibakar tu
10. Tabur basil sket
11. Tabur cheese
12.Bakar 180 celcius 20-30 minit..siap

Makizushi Caicincai


Teringin nak makan sushi, pegi kedai sushi ...tapi unfortunately, penuh gile2...yg menunggu pun ramai sgt2. Sedey je..so that kami decided nk wat makizushi kat umah je. Sambil2 tu buat jugak la miso shiru skali...Isi sushi tu just salmon, ketam, telur n cucumber je. Tapi tetap best...

Cik Norai the waitress

     I came to Japan in 2006 as an engineering student in Tohoku University. After 4 years, I finally graduated in March 2010. When I was a student, I did a few part-time jobs. I was once a waitress at a Halal restaurant in Sendai called Zamzam. They served Indian, Pakistani and Bangladesh type of food like curries (keema, chicken, mutton, vege) , various type of naan, and what I like the most was their pakora..There were not many halal food restaurants in Sendai. So, this place kinda "ninki ga aru" as the Japanese will say which means quite popular especially among the Muslim.What I love about Zamzam were
  1. I got free dinner and lunch every time I go to work
  2. I make many friends (Japanese,other foreigners and also Malaysians from other prefectures)
  3. Always get served with extra curry, juice or dessert every time I go there even though I was no longer their worker 
  4. Ou I remember something..I was captured in one shot for their commercial on the tv. How cool was that??
There were many sweet memories between me and Zamzam. Sadly, I had to quit after about few months working there as I was getting so busy with the classes in the university. This was happened 3 years ago and I'm not sure why I shared this story here. Maybe because I missed my Zamzam family (yes ,they treat me like one too). 


I am sure to visit Zamzam again whenever I come to Sendai..insyaAllah
